COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We aim to respond to any complaints within one business working day. If you are dissatisfied with the way we handle your complaint. Please follow Nominet’s complaint procedure below.

Any issues that are raised for services we provide directly are dealt with upon receipt. On the rare occasion an issue arises, these are normally resolved immediately. Depending on the severity of the issue, if it is outside our control, this can take up to 48 hours (2 business working days) depending on the type of issue.
